Yes! All orders come with tracking information once they’ve been dispatched.

Within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code in your email inbox.

Packaging orders is one of my favourite things to do!

Each order is packed carefully with attention to detail and there is always a little surprise included no matter how often you buy or how little the cost is.

All orders are packed discreetly (Mature content or not) as well as securely.
Prints, for example, are packed inside cardboard envelopes to assure they do not bend during shipment. Large prints will have extra cardboard slipped inside a cardboard envelope to ensure they will not be bent during their journey.
Moreover, all prints are also stored inside plastic sheets to protect them from damp environments or rain damage to the cardboard packaging.

Merchandise or fragile products are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap.

In general, I pack everything carefully to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition.

This depends on what you order.

B6 (Medium) prints and stickers will almost always fit in a mailslot or mailbox. However, if your B6 print is combined with an A4 (Large) print or a piece of merchandise, it may happen the package does not fit.

This depends on the country you’re in.

Most of the packages are shipped out abroad by Bpost which is an international postal service based in Belgium. Once orders cross certain borders, they will be handed over to a different postal company which will then proceed to communicate to Bpost any tracking information (which in turn allows you to be able to keep tracking your package via www.bpost.be/track/ until it arrives at your address).

This depends on the carrier who will deliver your package to you.
Most packages will be dropped into your mailbox and do not require a signature.

In case a signature is required or the package does not fit in your mailbox, the carrier will try to drop off your package at a neighbour’s and in case this doesn’t work, your order will be brought to a local pick-up spot instead.

If the latter is the case, a note should have been left in your mailbox.

I’ve yet to have this happen to one of my customers, so it is unlikely!

Regardless, VAT or customs import taxes may be required for you to receive your package in some cases. This is unfortunately something I can not control.

(If you have an account you can follow your order’s status. As long as it’s “Processing” you can reach out to me with any requests. Once it’s stated as “Completed”, this means your order has been made and packed!)

Unfortunately this isn’t an option and it’s advised that you place the preorder separately from any in stock items, in case you’d like to receive those as soon as possible.

Pending payment: your payment is being processed. This shouldn’t take more than fifteen minutes. Still pending after an hour? Please check your bank statements to see if your payment went through.

Processing: your order is being prepared and packed.

Completed: your order has been made and is now packed and ready to be dispatched.

No! When your order has been labelled as ‘Completed’, this means it’s been made and packed, but it’s not yet on its way. Please allow 1 to 8 days for me to ship your order to you.
Once I’ve shipped it out, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

If your order exceeds the 31 day mark (outside EU) or the 21 day mark (EU), please check your tracking code and see if there is more information added there.

You can also check your email inbox to see if you’ve gotten a notification about the delay (check your spam box as well).

Since I’m managing this business on my own and do not have a large buyer base, this assures me I can handle orders with utmost care. Not only do I have control over the entire process from creation and packaging to handing out your products to my local post office, but I as well have both the time and appreciation for you as my customer to make sure you’ll be satisfied with your products.

Prints are printed on different kinds of paper which are the following;

*borders of transparent stickers are see through, leaving only the artwork visible and hence giving the illusion of a borderless sticker

– Books –

Books have a softcover with matte or glossy finish, cream coloured or white paper and come in two sizes. Weight differs and depends on the amount of pages.

• – 155x235mm / 6.1×9.3″

Misfit prints are flawed prints. There’s a great variety of flaws which may occur during the printing process which I handle myself. Oftentimes the flaws are miniscule and it will just be a downright shame to throw away a print, considering the ink and paper used is pricey.

These prints are significantly cheaper. They’re unprofitable for me but may help you out if you’re on a budget and I will gain a little money back from the ink and paper used.

Some of the flaws that may apply are as follows;

1. Streaks in the colours
2. Incorrect colours
3. Desaturated colours
4. Too dark colours
5. Ink stains or splotches
6. Damage to the paper (f.e. A creased corner)
7. Off-centre or askew print
8. Wrongfully cropped
9. Uneven hand-cut

These are prints of artworks made only for my Patreon. The great majority of these are Mature works.

Aside from the prints coming in different sizes and material, the artworks portrayed on them are Patreon works. Additionally, these prints are only accessible with a password shared only with members of my Patreon (Standard tier and up).

(Manual checks are made to ensure a Patreon print is purchased by an active Patreon member and not by an ex-member or someone who got their hands on some leaked information)

Mature artworks are artworks which display scenes intended for mature audiences only (eighteen years of age and over).

These items are packaged discreetly (as are SFW ones).

These are artworks which are only printed a few times (often only 3 to 5 prints will exist) and are included with pricier products (such as artworks with fully coloured backgrounds, printed on A4 sized, premium quality photograph paper).

There prints are numbered (f.e. 1/3 or 2/5) of which the first number represents when it was printed and the second number shows how many in total there are of this print.

In short, they’re exclusive collector’s items which I include for free as an extra thank you for those supporting me by purchasing the pricier artworks.
They cannot be purchased separetely and will not be restocked.

Gold Leaf prints are prints with gold leaf added to them by hand. The gold leaf may be added to the background or foreground as detailing or giving that extra ‘pop’ to an artwork.

Each golf leaf print is unique and you will be certain you’re getting one of a kind!
Their stock is always low and limited.

Framed prints are either A4 or B6 prints which are already framed and ready to use. Different material and sizing applies and you will find more details on this on the product page itself.

You may be interested in getting one of my artworks tattooed on you. This is very flattering and humbling, and I appreciate your love for my art!

There’s nothing really stopping you from doing this without my consent but I would appreciate an honest and fair approach to this. As a self-supporting part-time artist, I would greatly appreciate for you to purchase a tattoo pass beforehand.

A tattoo pass (which can be found on some print’s product pages, or can be filtered out by using the ‘Tattoo’ filter on https://jal00t.com/store/) will allow you to download a high quality file of the artwork’s lineart after purchasing the pass.

The tattoo pass is for a single person only (the one who’s name is written into the consent form) and cannot be shared or resold to anyone else!
The tattoo artist can not use the artwork for anyone else nor use it as a flash tattoo.

(Note, purchasing a physical print is not the same as a tattoo pass and will not grant you the consent)

! Important ! Please wait up to 48 hours for me to email you a personal consent letter after your purchase! This will be a PDF stating you’ve legally purchased the tattoo pass for the relevant artwork and that I give you and your tattoo artist the green light to go ahead and use it for your tattoo!
This letter will have your personal name written in it by hand.

• Editing and adjustments

In the consent letter it will be stated that your tattoo artist is free to edit the original linework in any way that helps them out with placing the tattoo on your body. I’m not a tattoo artist and this is an entirely different sector in the artworld, so of course I want to allow them the freedom to use their critical thinking skills in providing you with the best outcome for this tattoo.

Within this letter it will also be noted that I am not liable for any adjustments and add-ons made in this artwork. These decisions are on you and your tattoo artist, albeit that I of course hope you do not decide to warp the original work into something offensive or lacking in quality.

• Publishing and copyright

The artwork in its original state is copyrighted to Jal00t.
The artwork, after being edited by the tattoo artist, cannot be reproduced or resold by the tattoo artist or the customer.
Want to post a picture of your tattoo? Please make sure to refer back to me as the artist behind the original work and point out if changes have been made by the tattoo artist. (F.e. “Lineart by Jal00t. Colours by my tattoo artist. Tattooed after purchasing Jal00t’s Tattoo Pass and consent letter.”, or something along those lines).

All prints are printed by myself at home, so in theory a restock can happen within an hour!
Stickers, however, are created by a third party. I order stickers monthly between the 1st and 5th and will gladly order your request along with them.
